Christ Centered

Set apart that we may equip our children, ourselves and our families with the armor of God, fortifying them in truth and training them in the skills required to defend their beliefs in a fallen world.

Full of Wonder

That we may inspire in our students a LOVE of learning

Scholé

Pronounced (skoh-lay) from the Greek, meaning “restful learning”
That we may cultivate a restful, beautiful environment that leaves room for wonder and creativity and leads students to form relationships with the material being taught and to acquire wisdom through virtuous, deep, permanent learning. (scholegroups.com)

Loving

That we may build a community dedicated to providing support, encouragement and accountability to homeschooling families.

Purposeful

We are dedicated to providing a meaningful, enriching classical curriculum that trains students to live virtuously, think critically and communicate effectively.

By Example

Through teaching our children, participating in their classes and investing in parent training we seek to be lifelong learners enriching and furthering our own knowledge that we may model and improve the quality of education we can provide for our children.

Who we are . . .

As a Scholé Group, we are a homeschooling community that employs the content of a classical curriculum and the pedagogy of restful learning embodied by the word scholé.

Our mission is to:

  • equip our children, ourselves and our families with the armor of God, fortifying them in truth and training them in the skills required to defend their beliefs in a fallen world
  • inspire in our students a LOVE of learning practically, by scheduling margins in our day, integrating our subjects to model how they will be encountered in life and encouraging depth over breadth.
  • build and nurture a community dedicated to providing support, encouragement and accountability to homeschooling families.
